Access, Accounts, and Customer Information

You may use this website only for lawful purposes.

Used, pre-owned, open-box, and demo merchandise may vary cosmetically from general product photographs or descriptions. Where applicable, item-specific condition information forms part of the product description.

Wolf Camera may discontinue products, change product descriptions, or limit quantities available for purchase at any time.

Pricing, Promotions, and Errors

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice before an order is accepted.

Despite our efforts, products may occasionally be listed with incorrect pricing, descriptions, promotions, shipping charges, availability, specifications, or other information.

Wolf Camera reserves the right to correct errors and to cancel, decline, or modify an order affected by a material pricing, inventory, technical, promotional, or listing error, including after an order has been submitted.

If payment has already been collected for an order that Wolf Camera cancels, the applicable amount collected will be refunded.

Wolf Camera may offer promotions subject to additional terms. If specific promotional terms conflict with these Terms of Service, the specific promotional terms will control for that promotion.

Prices offered online may differ from prices offered at a physical Wolf Camera location.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase the products or services identified in the order.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

Wolf Camera reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate business reasons, including inventory shortages, quantity limitations, geographic or manufacturer restrictions, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, or other circumstances preventing or complicating fulfillment.

Customers should review orders carefully before submitting them. Wolf Camera may not be able to accommodate cancellation or modification requests after an order has been accepted or processing has begun.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount.

Product Availability

Inventory information is provided in good faith but may not always reflect real-time availability.

Products may sell out, become unavailable, be discontinued, or become subject to manufacturer, distributor, geographic, or other restrictions.

Wolf Camera does not guarantee that every product displayed on the website will remain available for purchase.

Payment and Billing

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the applicable payment method.

Orders are subject to authorization and verification by the applicable payment provider.

Wolf Camera may decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorized or if the transaction is reasonably suspected to involve fraud, unauthorized activity, or other improper conduct.

Taxes

Applicable sales, use, and other transaction taxes will be collected when required by law.

The amount of tax charged may depend on the products purchased, delivery location, store location, and applicable tax rules.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless Wolf Camera expressly agrees otherwise.

Events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, manufacturer delays, transportation interruptions, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances, may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Lost, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered shipments will be handled in accordance with applicable law, carrier requirements, and Wolf Camera’s published shipping and return policies.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, restocking fees, non-returnable merchandise, defective products, and related matters are governed by the Wolf Camera Return, Refund & Exchange Policy applicable to the transaction.

That policy is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

Special Orders and Custom Services

Certain merchandise may be specially ordered for a customer and may be non-cancelable or non-returnable when disclosed before purchase.

Custom products and services, including photographic printing, processing, scanning, digitization, restoration, video transfer, enlargements, mounting, and similar work, may be subject to additional terms or restrictions.

Used and Pre-Owned Merchandise Sold by Wolf Camera

Used and pre-owned merchandise is sold according to the condition, functionality, and included components represented at the time of sale.

Normal cosmetic wear consistent with an item’s disclosed condition or grade is not considered a defect.

Wolf Camera may document the condition, serial number, included accessories, shutter count or other usage information, and photographs of used merchandise.

Any warranty expressly offered by Wolf Camera on used merchandise is separate from any manufacturer warranty and is governed by the warranty terms provided with the item.

No Wolf Camera warranty should be assumed unless expressly stated.

Selling or Trading Equipment to Wolf Camera

Wolf Camera may purchase or accept trade-ins of cameras, lenses, accessories, and other photographic or electronic equipment.

Any initial quote or estimate provided before Wolf Camera has physically received, inspected, and tested the equipment is non-binding.

An initial quote may be based on information supplied by the seller, photographs, expected condition, market value, model, age, included accessories, or other information available at the time.

Inspection and Final Offer

Wolf Camera may inspect and test equipment before making a final purchase or trade-in offer.

Inspection may include verification of the make, model, serial number, cosmetic condition, mechanical and electronic operation, optical condition, shutter count or other usage information, included accessories, batteries, chargers, packaging, and any other factor reasonably affecting value.

If the equipment differs from the description provided by the seller, has undisclosed defects or damage, is missing accessories, or otherwise differs from the assumptions used in the preliminary quote, Wolf Camera may revise its offer.

The seller is free to accept or decline the final offer.

If the seller declines the final offer, the equipment remains the seller’s property and will be returned or made available for pickup, as applicable.

Wolf Camera’s Right to Decline a Purchase

Wolf Camera is not obligated to purchase or accept any item.

Wolf Camera may decline to purchase equipment before or after inspection for any legitimate reason, including condition, functionality, market demand, inventory levels, suspected fraud, ownership concerns, inability to verify the item, or other business considerations.

Seller Eligibility and Identification

A person selling or trading equipment to Wolf Camera must be at least 18 years old.

Wolf Camera may require valid government-issued photo identification and other information reasonably necessary to verify the seller’s identity, document the transaction, prevent fraud, or comply with applicable law.

Wolf Camera will collect and retain only such information as is reasonably necessary for business, security, or legal purposes.

Seller Representations

By selling or trading equipment to Wolf Camera, the seller represents and warrants that:

• the seller owns the equipment or has full legal authority to sell it;
• the equipment is not stolen or unlawfully obtained;
• the equipment is not counterfeit;
• the equipment is not subject to a lien, security interest, ownership claim, financing agreement, lease, or other restriction that prevents its lawful sale;
• the seller has disclosed any material defects, damage, or known problems when requested; and
• the information provided by the seller regarding the equipment and the seller’s authority to sell it is truthful and accurate.

Wolf Camera may refuse or suspend a transaction if there is reason to question ownership, authenticity, legality, or the seller’s authority to transfer the equipment.

Transfer of Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of equipment being sold to Wolf Camera transfers to Wolf Camera after the seller has accepted Wolf Camera’s final offer and Wolf Camera has issued or initiated the agreed payment.

Once ownership has transferred and payment has been issued or initiated, the sale is final except as otherwise required by law.

Payment for Used Equipment

Wolf Camera may offer payment by company check, electronic payment, store credit, or another payment method made available by Wolf Camera at the time of the transaction.

Available payment methods may vary based on transaction amount, location, processing requirements, security considerations, or other business factors.

Wolf Camera may require additional verification before issuing payment.

Trade-in or store-credit transactions may be handled differently from cash-purchase transactions where disclosed and agreed to before completion of the transaction.

Equipment Shipped to Wolf Camera

When a seller chooses to ship equipment to Wolf Camera, the seller is responsible for properly packaging the equipment and for selecting an appropriate shipping method.

Unless Wolf Camera expressly agrees otherwise in writing, the seller bears the risk of loss or damage until the equipment is delivered to and received by Wolf Camera.

Sellers should use adequate packaging and an appropriately tracked and insured shipping method.

If Wolf Camera provides a shipping label, any additional terms associated with that label or shipping program may apply.

If the seller declines Wolf Camera’s final offer after inspection, Wolf Camera will return the equipment to the seller at Wolf Camera’s expense using a shipping method selected by Wolf Camera.

This applies to standard domestic return shipping unless different terms were disclosed and agreed to in advance because of the size, weight, value, destination, or other special characteristics of the shipment.

Personal Data and Property on Used Equipment

Sellers are responsible for removing memory cards, photographs, videos, files, passwords, account credentials, cloud accounts, tracking services, and other personal information from equipment before selling or shipping it to Wolf Camera.

Sellers should disable device locks, activation locks, account associations, and similar security features where applicable.

Wolf Camera is not responsible for personal data or personal property left on or inside equipment submitted for sale or trade.

Customer Media, Originals, and Submitted Property

If you provide photographs, negatives, slides, photographic film, motion-picture film, videotapes, audio recordings, memory cards, hard drives, discs, documents, digital files, or other original or potentially irreplaceable materials to Wolf Camera for printing, processing, scanning, digitization, restoration, transfer, duplication, or another service, you acknowledge that such materials may have personal, sentimental, historical, artistic, or other value that cannot be objectively measured or replaced.

Wolf Camera will use reasonable care in handling customer-submitted materials. However, because original photographs, recordings, film, negatives, slides, and similar materials may be unique or irreplaceable, customers are encouraged to retain duplicate or backup copies whenever reasonably possible before submitting materials to Wolf Camera.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wolf Camera’s total liability for loss of, damage to, or destruction of customer-submitted materials arising from ordinary negligence or accidental loss or damage will not exceed the greater of:

(a) the total amount actually paid by the customer to Wolf Camera for the specific order involving the affected materials; or
(b) $250.

Wolf Camera will not be responsible for sentimental, historical, artistic, or other intangible value; loss of memories; loss of opportunity; lost profits; or consequential, incidental, special, or other indirect damages arising from loss of or damage to customer-submitted materials.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Customers submitting digital devices or storage media are responsible for maintaining backup copies of data whenever reasonably possible.

By submitting materials to Wolf Camera, the customer represents that they own the materials or have the necessary rights and authorization to provide them and request the applicable service.

Manufacturer Warranties

Many new products sold by Wolf Camera include warranties provided by their manufacturers.

Manufacturer warranty terms are established by the manufacturer and not by Wolf Camera.

Wolf Camera may assist customers with warranty information but does not control a manufacturer’s warranty coverage, claims procedures, repair decisions, or processing times.

Third-Party Products, Services, Tools, and Links

Our website may contain links, integrations, payment systems, shipping services, financing services, tools, applications, or content provided or operated by third parties.

Wolf Camera does not control these third-party services and does not guarantee their availability, accuracy, security, performance, or continued operation.

Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that party’s own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

Wolf Camera is not responsible for transactions or interactions you conduct directly with third parties through external websites or services.

Relationship with Shopify

Wolf Camera is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide portions of the website and related services to you.

However, purchases and transactions with Wolf Camera are made directly with Wolf Camera, not with Shopify.

Shopify is not responsible for Wolf Camera’s products, services, fulfillment, returns, warranties, or other obligations arising from transactions between you and Wolf Camera.
