A return must be requested within the applicable return period. Proof of purchase is required.

General Return Requirements
To qualify for a full refund, merchandise must be returned in new or substantially unchanged condition and must include all original packaging and all items supplied with the product, including applicable manuals, accessories, cables, chargers, batteries, caps, hoods, straps, cases, warranty materials, and promotional items.
Serial numbers and other identifying information must match Wolf Camera's sales records.
Wolf Camera may refuse a return if merchandise has been damaged, abused, altered, tampered with, modified, substituted, or returned in materially different condition from when it was sold.
New Cameras, Lenses and Electronic Equipment
Factory-sealed merchandise returned within the return period and otherwise eligible for return will receive a refund of the merchandise purchase price.
Opened cameras, lenses, and other electronic equipment may be returned within the return period provided the merchandise is complete and has not been damaged or subjected to excessive use.
If opened merchandise shows signs of use, has damaged or missing packaging, is missing included components, or otherwise can no longer reasonably be sold as new, Wolf Camera may deduct a 15% restocking fee from the refund.
Merchandise that has been materially damaged, altered, or subjected to excessive use by the customer, or whose condition has deteriorated to the point that it cannot reasonably be resold, may be ineligible for return.
Used and Pre-Owned Equipment
Eligible used and pre-owned merchandise may be returned within 14 days.
Used merchandise must be returned in substantially the same cosmetic and functional condition in which it was sold and must include all accessories and components identified as included with the item at the time of sale.
Wolf Camera may document the condition, serial number, included accessories, shutter count or other usage information, and photographs of used merchandise at the time of sale.
If returned used equipment has additional wear, scratches, impact damage, contamination, excessive additional use, missing components, or other deterioration occurring after the sale, Wolf Camera may refuse the return or deduct an amount reasonably reflecting the loss in value, including a restocking fee of up to 15%.
Use of an item during the return period does not permit alteration, damage, excessive use, or deterioration beyond what is reasonably necessary to evaluate the product.
Accessories
Most unopened accessories may be returned within the 14-day return period.
Opened accessories may be returned if they remain complete, undamaged, and in resalable condition, except for products identified below as non-returnable once opened.

Certain merchandise is final sale once opened or used because of its consumable nature, licensing restrictions, resale limitations, or other characteristics.
These products may include:

-
Ink and certain printing consumables
-

Special Orders
Special-order merchandise, including merchandise ordered specifically for a customer that Wolf Camera does not normally stock, may be non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Any applicable special-order restriction will be disclosed before the order is placed.
Custom Products and Services
Custom products and services are generally non-refundable once production or performance has begun.
This includes, where applicable, photo printing, enlargements, mounting, restoration, scanning, film processing, digitization, video transfer, custom orders, and other services or products produced specifically for a customer.
If Wolf Camera makes an error in performing a service or producing a custom product, we will work with the customer to appropriately correct the problem.
Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect shipped merchandise promptly after delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, appears defective, is incomplete, or is not the item ordered, contact Wolf Camera as soon as possible at info@wolfcamera.us so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please retain the product, manufacturer's packaging, shipping carton, packing materials, and shipping label until Wolf Camera provides instructions.
A product that is defective is not treated the same as an ordinary change-of-mind return.
Wolf Camera may inspect and test merchandise to verify a reported defect or problem.
When merchandise is verified as defective during the applicable return period, Wolf Camera may, as appropriate, replace the product, exchange it, refund it, or assist the customer with applicable manufacturer warranty service.
A restocking fee will not be charged for merchandise determined to be defective, merchandise shipped incorrectly by Wolf Camera, or merchandise materially damaged during shipment to the customer.
After the Wolf Camera return period has expired, product defects may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty or by a separate Wolf Camera used-equipment warranty if one was expressly provided with the product.
Exchanges
Eligible merchandise may be exchanged subject to product availability.
For online orders, Wolf Camera may require the original merchandise to be returned and refunded and the replacement merchandise to be purchased as a separate transaction.
This helps ensure that the replacement product is available and that each transaction is processed accurately.
Return Shipping
For ordinary returns based on preference, compatibility, or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Original shipping and delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Wolf Camera, verified shipping damage, or verified defective merchandise.
When Wolf Camera is responsible for the return, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label or other return instructions.
Customers returning merchandise at their own expense are responsible for safely packaging the merchandise and should use a trackable and appropriately insured shipping method.
Wolf Camera is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged while being returned using a shipping method arranged by the customer.
Promotional Items, Bundles and Discounts
If a purchase included a free promotional item, bundle discount, package discount, or other promotional benefit, all associated merchandise must be returned to receive the full applicable refund.
If part of a bundle or promotion is retained, Wolf Camera may recalculate the purchase based on the merchandise retained and deduct the applicable value or discount from the refund.
Inspection and Refund Processing
All returned merchandise is subject to inspection.
After receiving and inspecting a return, Wolf Camera will determine whether the return qualifies under this policy and whether any applicable restocking fee, loss-of-value deduction, or other adjustment applies.
Approved refunds will generally be issued within 5 business days following inspection and approval.
Refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original method of payment.
After Wolf Camera issues a refund, banks, credit-card companies, and other payment providers may require additional time before the refund appears in the customer's account. Those processing times are outside Wolf Camera's control.
If you have questions concerning an approved refund that has not appeared, please contact us at info@wolfcamera.us.
Gift Cards and Multiple Payment Methods
Purchases made with a gift card will ordinarily be refunded to a gift card or store credit.
For transactions involving multiple forms of payment, Wolf Camera may refund the transaction among the original payment methods as reasonably appropriate.
In-Store Returns
Purchases made at a Wolf Camera retail location should generally be returned to the location where the original purchase was made.
In some circumstances, another Wolf Camera location may be able to assist with a return or exchange, subject to verification of the transaction, product eligibility, and approval by Wolf Camera management.
Online purchases may generally be returned to the Wolf Camera location designated in the return instructions or by contacting info@wolfcamera.us for assistance.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt, online order record, or other verifiable proof of purchase is required for refunds.
Wolf Camera may be able to locate some transactions electronically, but transaction lookup is not guaranteed.
Returns for which Wolf Camera cannot verify the original purchase may be refused.
Customer Data and Personal Property
Customers are responsible for removing memory cards, photographs, videos, files, passwords, account credentials, and other personal information from returned merchandise.
Electronic devices should be unlocked and, where appropriate, reset before return.
Wolf Camera is not responsible for customer data or personal property left in returned merchandise.
Return Abuse and Fraud
Wolf Camera reserves the right to refuse returns involving suspected fraud, product substitution, serial-number mismatch, tampering, intentional damage, abuse of the return process, or other improper activity.
Exceptions
Wolf Camera employees are not authorized to create exceptions to this policy unless specifically authorized to do so.
Exceptions must be approved by Wolf Camera management.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Wolf Camera may revise this policy from time to time. Purchases will generally be governed by the Return, Refund & Exchange Policy applicable at the time of purchase.
